Full-Time Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour Shifts Available:7:00 AM – 3:00 PM3:00 PM – 11:00 PM11:00 PM – 7:00 AMJob Summary We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Long-Term Care team. The CNA will provide direct patient care and assist residents with daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence.

Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.

Monitor and report changes in residents' physical or mental condition.

Take and record vital signs as directed.

Assist residents with meals and hydration.

Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.

Ensure residents' rooms and care areas are clean, safe, and organized.

Follow facility policies, infection control procedures, and safety guidelines.

Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare team members to provide quality resident care.

Qualifications Current Oklahoma CNA Certification required.

Current CPR certification preferred.

Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Compassionate, patient-focused attitude.

Ability to lift, move, and assist residents as needed.

Previous long-term care experience is a plus but not required.
