What You’ll Do:

Create and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and quality of life.

Provide hands-on therapy using evidence-based techniques.

Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Educate and guide patients, families, and caregivers on treatment and home exercises.

Maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.

What You’ll Need:
