What You'll Do

• Assess patients' physical functioning and develop individualized care plans
• Administer manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities
• Support ambulation, wound care, and use of assistive/supportive devices
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed
• Provide patient and caregiver education on therapy goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members on patient care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records
• Support and supervise therapy assistants or students when applicable

What You Need

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma or eligible for licensure
• 1+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong understanding of LTC and rehabilitation protocols
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adhere to all regulatory, clinical, and safety standards
