We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our healthcare team in Ada, OK. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop customized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality therapy services to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance functional independence.

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions, mobility, and functional limitations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on recovery and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and patient safety protocols

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Physical Therapist License in the state of Oklahoma
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
• Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action

• Strong critical thinking skills and decisive judgment
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach

• Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent required)
• Active Oklahoma PT License
• BLS Certification (required or within 30 days of hire)
