Position Overview
The role involves performing radiologic procedures with technical proficiency, including manipulating x-ray equipment, selecting exposure factors, evaluating images, and ensuring patient safety.
It requires the ability to lift, move, and transport patients, work standing for extended periods, and respond effectively to emergency situations.
Proficiency in using radiographic equipment, processors, and computers is essential.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program with clinical experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- State licensure may be required based on location
- ARRT registry or eligible, with certification achieved within 6 months of hire
- Technical skill in radiologic procedures and understanding of basic anatomy
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to adapt to stressful and emergency situations
This position offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus and may include a relocation allowance
