Locum Urology Physician Assistant

Floyd Lee Locums is seeking an experienced Urology Physician Assistant for a full‑time, six‑month locum tenens assignment with Chickasaw Nation Medical Center. This is an excellent long‑term opportunity for a dependable, clinically confident PA with at least two years of urology experience who can quickly integrate into an established outpatient practice.

• Credentialing: Approximately 30 days; credentialing may begin immediately with a complete submission package
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including a one‑hour lunch
• Commitment: Full‑time coverage required for the entire six‑month assignment
• Setting: Primarily outpatient clinic, approximately 95% clinic and 5% procedure/OR support
• Patient Volume: Approximately 22 patients per day
• EMR: Epic
• Pay Rate: $180 per hour, all‑inclusive

• Potential call coverage may be available but is not guaranteed
• If utilized, call is anticipated to be fewer than 10 evenings per month

• Evaluate and manage new and established general urology patients
• Manage conditions and treatment plans related to testosterone replacement therapy and erectile dysfunction
• Perform pre‑operative evaluations and post‑operative follow‑up care
• Provide office‑based urologic procedures within scope of practice and demonstrated experience
• Assist in procedures and provide OR support as appropriate
• Collaborate closely with the physician team and established clinic staff
• Deliver timely, patient‑centered outpatient urologic care

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Current NCCPA certification required
• Active Physician Assistant license required;
  Oklahoma licensure must be active before the assignment start date
• DEA registration required
• Minimum of two years of Urology PA experience required
• Strong outpatient urology and procedural experience preferred
• Prior surgical or urology‑clinic experience strongly preferred
• Ability to practice independently within applicable state regulations and collaborating physician guidelines
• Clean background and clean malpractice history are required, with no exceptions
• Ability to commit to the full six‑month, full‑time assignment

• NCCPA certification
• Completed CNMC Background Form at submission
• Confirmation of availability to start as soon as credentialed
• Confirmation of full‑time availability for the complete six‑month assignment
