At Home Well, we know great caregivers have options.

That’s why we work hard to create an environment where you feel supported, respected, and proud of where you work.

You will provide compassionate, one-on-one, non-medical care to clients in their homes throughout the Ada area, including:

• Companionship and conversation

• Light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Bathing, grooming, and personal care assistance

• Ambulation and mobility support

• Medication reminders

• Transportation to appointments and errands

• Helping clients stay safe, independent, and engaged

You’ll build real relationships and make a meaningful difference every single day.

• CNA or PCA preferred
  OR

• 6 months full-time / 12 months part-time caregiving experience

• Compassionate and dependable attitude

• Strong communication skills

• Reliable transportation

• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (if transporting clients)

• Current TB test required before working

• Ability to perform physical caregiving duties

• Professionalism, reliability, and punctuality
