Associate Manager

Bring your hospitality expertise to Towne Park, a leading destination and hospitality services company. As Associate Manager, you will oversee guest and patient service operations, lead a team of service associates, and ensure an exceptional experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding guest/patient service on all shifts.
  • Hire, train, evaluate, and, when necessary, discharge associates.
  • Assign and direct work, set performance expectations, and conduct regular performance appraisals.
  • Manage financial information, including cash drops, revenue reports, and labor scheduling.
  • Address customer complaints and monitor guest satisfaction data.
  • Maintain effective communication with the client’s staff and maintain site visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with Towne Park safety, security, and operational policies.
  • Manage a minimum of two associates.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent;
    Bachelor’s preferred.
  • Minimum one year of hospitality experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, POS systems).
  • Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
  • Understanding of Towne Park safety, security, and compliance policies.
Compensation

Competitive base salary range: $45,000 – $50,000 annually. Eligible for a performance‑based incentive bonus.
