** Human Resource Management Specialist II is the career-level position. Employees are responsible for advanced personnel management activities and tasks and collaborate with team members on decisions concerning various human resources management activities. This includes establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with others, understanding and applying applicable rules, laws, and policies, and analyzing and interpreting these rules in various situations.

** Human Resources Management Specialist III is the specialist-level position. Employees are responsible for administering various personnel programs, activities, and tasks and making independent decisions.
