Mercy is seeking a Service Center Technician to provide Level 1 support for Mercy-owned desktops, peripherals, and network equipment. You will diagnose issues, perform routine maintenance, and ensure a reliable computing environment for staff.
You will work in a team, interact with customers, manage asset inventory, assist with audits, and be willing to travel locally and occasionally after hours to complete moves and upgrades.
