Perm Placement: Emergency Dept Manager

Job Title

Candidate must be engaged and invested in this unit. Needs management and leadership experience. ER experience is preferred but this knowledge can be built on site. Seeking a candidate that understands culture change and is adaptable. This is a very independent and hard working team where the Manager is able to assist in implementing structure.

Work hours & on-call hours required? 8am-4pm (Will check in occasionally with night shift) / No on call

PTO:
Not frontloaded. Accrued on a bi-weekly basis.
