Production Associate - Garment Hanger​/Inspector

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector for the Rental Division. The role involves safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers, visually inspecting garments for defects, and determining the need for proactive repairs such as patching holes or tears. The position requires maintaining a clean work area and follows a performance‑based incentive structure, where meeting or exceeding production standards for hanging garments leads to higher hourly pay.

• Safely and accurately hang customer garments on hangers.
• Visually inspect garments and identify the need for repairs.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Meet or exceed production standards for garment hanging.

Eligibility:

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for most of the shift.
• Engaging in repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
• May need to push carts or bins full of bulk or linen products to stations.
