Production Associate - Garment Hanger​/Inspector

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment Hanger/Inspector to support the Rental Division. In this role, you will safely and accurately place customer garments on hangers and visually inspect each garment to identify the need for proactive repairs such as patching holes or tears. Garment Hanger/Inspectors are expected to maintain a clean work area. This position is on a performance‑based incentive pay structure;

meeting or exceeding a production standard for hanging garments earns additional compensation, such as higher hourly pay.

• Safely and accurately place customer garments on hangers.
• Visually inspect garments to identify the need for repairs such as patching holes or tears.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.

• Authorized to work in the US.
• 18 years of age or older.

• Adhere to attendance policy.
• Be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
• Be willing to work in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly.

• Standing for most of the shift.
• Repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
• May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to station to prepare for folding.

• Attention to detail: thorough and careful in completing work tasks or correcting flaws or mistakes.
• Work ethic / effort: displays a high level of effort and commitment toward performing work; hardworking and dependable; prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines.
