Lead From the Floor. Drive Production Excellence.We are seeking an experienced Lead Machine Operator to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for a hands‑on leader who has a strong background operating manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting machinery, leading teams, and maintaining production efficiency during overnight operations.
The successful candidate will spend approximately 85% of their time on the production floor, actively supporting machine operations, assisting operators, monitoring productivity, and ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are achieved.
Shift Availability:- 7p-7a - 12 hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule, averaging 40 hours per week. Every other weekend off!

We are specifically seeking candidates who:
- Have machine operating experience in a manufacturing, production, packaging, converting, food production, plastics, or similar industrial environment
- Have demonstrated leadership experience or the ability to lead and coach production teams
- Possess strong mechanical aptitude and advanced troubleshooting skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where safety, quality, and productivity are top priorities
Qualifications:
- At least one (1) year previous Lead Machine Operator or Production Lead experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- SAP experience, not required
- Forklift/PIT experience, not required
