ResponsibilitiesThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Haskell Regional Hospital, located at our primary care clinic in Ada, OK. The LPN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting in care plans. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare teams, maintaining accurate patient records, and educating patients and families to ensure outstanding care and recovery outcomes.
Qualifications- Proficiency in administering medications, monitoring patients, and providing basic medical care.
- Strong knowledge of patient care protocols, health assessment, and ability to implement care plans effectively
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and educate patients and families.
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Oklahoma.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting, preferably within rural healthcare, is a strong advantage.
- Ability to handle high-paced environments and adapt to patients needs with compassion and care.
