The Chickasaw Nation Department of Health is seeking a Urology Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing urology team. This is a unique opportunity to provide holistic, high-quality care to our community while working closely with a collaborative physician-led team.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and treat conditions of the kidneys, adrenal glands, bladder, and male reproductive organs
- Manage lower urinary tract dysfunctions and assist with abdominal, pelvic, and retroperitoneal surgeries
- Conduct pre-operative evaluations and write pre-op/post-op orders and discharge summaries
- Serve as first assistant to the chief of service during major and minor surgical procedures
- Make daily rounds on inpatients and collaborate closely with physicians and clinical leadership
- Provide urology consultations and specialist referrals as needed

- Competitive base salary: $165,000-$170,000, with RVU-based production incentives available after a 6-month review

What You'll Need
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant credential
- BLS required within 30 days of hire; ACLS required within 6 months of hire
- Unrestricted DEA number
- 6 months to 1 year of related experience preferred, but open to strong candidates ready to grow into the role
- Oklahoma APP license required to bill for services. Candidates without one who are willing to obtain licensure will be supported through the process.
