POSITION SUMMARY:
We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented RN Consultant. In this role, you'll ensure that resident assessments, medical records, and documentation meet the highest standards of accuracy and compliance. You'll serve as a trusted clinical resource for team members, providing guidance, education, and support to strengthen our care practices.
The ideal candidate is an experienced nurse with strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a heart for serving older adults. You'll review records, recommend process improvements, and verify that charting, medications, and physician orders are aligned with best practices. As part of our Quality 1st Assurance team, you'll play a key role in maintaining our commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.

POSITION DUTIES:
- Coordinate, review, and sign all resident assessments.
- Review each resident's medical records at least quarterly.
- Recommend improvements in record-keeping procedures.
- Evaluate charting procedures and provide recommendations for enhancement.
- Verify all medications, charting, and physician orders for accuracy and compliance.
- Perform data entry in electronic medical records systems (computer skills required).
- Attend all required Quality 1st Assurance meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- A state-certified and licensed RN.
- An understanding of the rules and regulations as defined by the State of Oklahoma Assisted Living Act.
- Must be in good standing with the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English effectively.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
- Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately to meet the position requirements.
- Must be able to squat, bend, stretch, walk, and turn.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
