Role Overview
Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process within the framework of the Nursing Professional Practice Model, ensuring accountability, patient rights, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care in collaboration with other departments.
- Adhere to nursing practice guidelines, hospital philosophy, and ethical standards.
- Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and service standards.
- Graduate of an approved nursing program with current RN licensure and BLS certification.
- Preferably 1 year of acute care nursing experience, with at least 6 months recent experience.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform tasks requiring reaching, bending, and twisting.
