Responsibilities & Qualifications- Must have a nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN) and hold a current RN license in the state or a compact license.
- Required certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS); additional unit-specific certifications such as ACLS, PALS, Neonatal Resuscitation, and others may be needed.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform tasks that involve gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
- Strong knowledge of patient care protocols.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
- Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.
