Position OverviewIntegrity Care Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality care at its Ada, Oklahoma, location.
This opportunity is well suited for an experienced or motivated provider who enjoys clinical variety, professional autonomy, and a flexible schedule. The provider will evaluate and treat patients with urgent and episodic healthcare needs while working alongside a supportive clinical and operational team.
Schedule- 12-hour shifts
- Seven shifts per 14-day period
- Flexible scheduling options may be available
- $67–$80 per hour
- Compensation based on experience, qualifications, and clinical productivity
- Overtime opportunities may be available
- Productivity and performance incentive opportunities
- Relocation assistance or a signing bonus may be negotiable based on experience, qualifications, location, and organizational needs
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat urgent and episodic medical conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, laboratory studies, and imaging
- Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments
- Perform common procedures, including laceration repair and splinting
- Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
- Maintain timely, complete, and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, clinical staff, and operational leadership
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care consistent with organizational policies and clinical standards
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Current national certification applicable to the provider’s discipline
- Family Nurse Practitioner certification preferred for Nurse Practitioner candidates
- Active Texas professional license or the ability to obtain one
- Active DEA registration or the ability to obtain one
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- DOT Medical Examiner certification preferred; candidates willing to obtain certification will also be considered
- Urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine experience preferred
- Motivated candidates with relevant clinical training and experience may also be considered
- Ability to work effectively and exercise sound clinical judgment in a fast-paced environment
