National Partners in Healthcare is seeking a full-time CRNA to join our established team at Mercy Hospital Ada.

This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a true CRNA Independent Practice anesthesia model with significant autonomy, a highly desirable 1:6 call rotation, and a schedule designed to promote an outstanding work-life balance.

• Earn $360,000 base compensation with total earning potential up to $425,000
• $100k sign-on bonus
• 13 weeks off annually
• 3 weeks on / 1 week off schedule
• True CRNA-only practice with autonomous clinical decision-making
• 1:6 weekday and weekend call rotation
• Join a stable, collaborative team of six CRNAs
• Paid overtime and additional call compensation

Broad, bread-and-butter case mix including:

• General Surgery
• Orthopedics
• ENT
• Urology
• OB
• Endoscopy
• Healthy Pediatrics
• Regional anesthesia experience welcomed
