Acute And Regulatory Quality Reporting Coordinator - 30368
We are currently looking for a Full Time Acute and Regulatory Quality Reporting Coordinator to join our Acute and Regulatory Quality team located at the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center working 8:00AM-5:00PM

Summary:
Serves as the organization's coordinator for regulatory quality reporting and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates collection, abstraction, validation, analysis, and submission of quality data for CMS, Joint Commission, QPP/MIPS, eCQMs, and other regulatory programs
- Leads quality reporting projects from planning through submission while meeting regulatory deadlines
- Maintains current knowledge of the federal, state, accreditation, public reporting, and payer program requirements and communicates upcoming changes
- Proactively identifies upcoming measure changes and communicates operational impacts to stakeholders
- Collaborates with Epic analysts, Information Technology, clinical leaders, and operational departments to improve data capture and reporting workflows
- Validates quality measures, conduct testing and readiness assessments, and ensure data integrity
- Develops project timelines and implementation plans for new quality measures and reporting requirements
- Partners with departments to operationalize new quality measures and reporting workflows
- Analyzes clinical, operational, and quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Monitors performance against benchmarks and regulatory targets, and industry best practices
- Provides routine updates to quality leadership regarding project status and reporting readiness
- Supports the Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program through performance monitoring, regulatory reporting, and quality improvement initiatives
- Tracks and reports quality outcomes, patient safety indicators, readmissions, mortality measures, and organizational metrics
- Utilizes evidence-based quality improvement methodologies, benchmarking techniques, and statistical process control (SPC) tools, as appropriate, to drive performance improvement
- Facilitates cross-functional meetings to coordinate responsibilities, monitor milestones, resolve issues, and ensure successful execution of quality initiatives
- Identifies reporting risks, operational impacts, and resource needs
- Escalates concerns and recommends solutions to support organizational compliance and performance goals
- Assists with dashboards, scorecards, reports, presentations, and data visualizations
- Supports Epic quality reporting tools, registries, dashboards, and electronic reporting solutions
- Provides education regarding quality reporting, documentation, and regulatory requirements
- Supports survey readiness, accreditation activities, audits, and compliance monitoring
- Conducts medical record reviews, audits, and validation activities as needed
- Participates in committees and work groups as assigned
- Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
- Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
- Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
- Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
- Maintains and promotes professionalism
- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
