Call Center Outbound Business Account Representative

• Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
• Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
• Enter customer data accurately into the Sales Force system to provide high-level service
• Utilize knowledge of products to assist customers with inquiries and highlight benefits of switching services

• Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
• Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
• Proactive approach to encourage customers to commit
• Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
• Preferred educational qualification:
  Associate's degree or higher

• Experience in sales or customer service roles
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to find solutions for business customers
• Familiarity with telecommunications and broadband services
• Excellent communication skills tailored to customer needs
• Demonstrated commitment to community support and engagement
