Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products in a physical, fast‑paced indoor/outdoor role.

• Serve as the face of Cintas, building rapport with key decision makers.
• Maintain quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing accounts through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while maintaining professionalism and safety.
• Comply with all driving and vehicle regulations.

Required: Qualified candidates must meet Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Prior to the first day of employment candidates must:

• Hold an active driver’s license.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of prior employment.

• High School diploma, GED, or Military Service qualification.
