We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Registration Clerk to join our team at Haddad GMC in Adams, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for processing vehicle registrations, titles, and related paperwork to ensure compliance with state and local regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and file vehicle registration documents, titles, and related paperwork accurately and timely.
• Communicate with customers, dealerships, and government agencies regarding registration status and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and update databases to reflect vehicle registration information.
• Assist with resolving registration issues and discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with all DMV and state regulatory requirements.
• Support the sales and finance teams as needed with registration-related tasks.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in automotive registration, clerical work, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with registration software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Competitive hourly wage of $18.00 - $21.00 paid weekly.
