Roles and Responsibilities
- Knowledge of adolescent behavior and needs
- Support HVES Dean;
Implement foundational procedures and protocols for the RESET space - Assist in development and monitor an incentive program for students
- Manage data entry and accurate records on students
- Communication with teachers, administrative staff, student support staff
- With the Dean design a classroom space that welcomes students and supports their “reset”
- Follows Crisis Prevention Intervention practices
- Understands and regulates their emotions
- Maintains equilibrium in stressful situations
- Depersonalizes and defuses emotional intensity
- Identifies, acknowledges, interrupts and counters bias
