- $3,000 sign on bonus half paid after 30 calendar days & 50 program hours and the rest after 180 calendar days & 300 program hours.
- Quarterly Productivity Bonus
- Earning potential $97,500 up to $111,250 annually (based on a 37.5 hour workweek commitment.)
- Annual reimbursement (up to $500) towards licensure, certification, or professional memberships

- Earn two weeks of vacation in first year of employment, and three weeks of vacation after first year
