Seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field crews on geotechnical or civil construction projects. Ideal for someone who thrives in the field, values safety, and is looking for stable, year-round work with opportunities to grow.

Traveling Superintendent Responsibilities

• Lead on-site crews installing slope stabilization and other geotechnical systems
• Ensure jobsite safety by implementing site-specific safety plans
• Manage project execution—on time and on budget
• Maintain daily documentation (logs, progress reports, as-builts)
• Support and review crew performance, training, and development
• Oversee use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and vehicles
• Maintain quality control and compliance with project specifications
• Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and internal teams

Traveling Superintendent Requirements

• 5+ years in construction (civil or geotechnical preferred)
• 1+ year experience as a Superintendent or equivalent leadership role
• Able to read/interpret scopes, specs, and plans
• Ability to work at jobs sites 3-4 weeks at a time.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license (CDL A preferred)
• Comfortable working outdoors in various climates
