Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator for a temp-to-perm opportunity in Adamsville. This position offers the chance to transition into a permanent role based on performance, attendance, and client needs.
Responsibilities- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, bulldozers, and skid steers
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Follow all safety guidelines and job site procedures
- Assist with general labor tasks as needed
- Work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
- Previous heavy equipment operating experience (required)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work full-time and flexible hours if needed
- Strong work ethic and attention to safety
- Experience in construction, grading, or site prep
- OSHA certification (a plus)
