Accounting Manager

Overview

Accounting Manager responsible for leading the accounting team and managing financial processes. Base pay range provided; actual pay based on skills and experience.

• Accounting Team Management – Daily management of accounting department personnel and deliverables.
• AR/AP Management – Manage personnel to execute daily transactions accurately and ensure all documentation is prepared completely.
• Trade Spend Management – Manage and administer the trade spend tracking process; ensure all transactions are tracked and coded correctly.
• Netsuite Process Development and Improvement – Ensure all transactions are captured and coded correctly in Netsuite ERP; identify opportunities to improve processes and system functionality.
• Weekly Cash Reporting & Management
• Credit & Collections Management – Oversee credit and collections policy; weekly reporting on performance and opportunities for improvement.
• Management of all foreign Taxes, Reporting and Accounting.
• Line of Credit Management – Oversee daily administration with lenders; ensure timely and precise documentation; monitor availability and request funds as necessary.
• Ad Hoc reporting and analysis
• Accounting Process Development and Improvement

• 7+ years of experience in the Finance team of a mid-sized business, preferably in the wholesale food and beverage or CPG industry
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business preferred
• Experience with ERP Systems such as Netsuite
