• 3–5 years of accounts receivable or billing experience within an in-house or corporate setting, ideally in a privately held or mid-sized organization
• Hands‑on experience with construction billing, including AIA billings, schedule of values, retention, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong data entry and analytical skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy in handling financial data
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to juggle multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills for seamless collaboration
• A proactive mindset committed to process improvements
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Experience with Sage 100 Contractor accounting software
• Knowledge of construction‑specific billing and documentation procedures

• 3–5 years of relevant accounts receivable and construction accounting experience
• Prior experience in managing billing processes in a construction or related industry

• In-person work environment with one day from home
