What You’ll Need to Succeed- 3–5 years of accounts receivable or billing experience within an in-house or corporate setting, ideally in a privately held or mid-sized organization
- Hands‑on experience with construction billing, including AIA billings, schedule of values, retention, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong data entry and analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy in handling financial data
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to juggle multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills for seamless collaboration
- A proactive mindset committed to process improvements
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience with Sage 100 Contractor accounting software
- Knowledge of construction‑specific billing and documentation procedures
- 3–5 years of relevant accounts receivable and construction accounting experience
- Prior experience in managing billing processes in a construction or related industry
- In-person work environment with one day from home
- Competitive salary starting from $65,000+ annually, based on experience
