This role is hybrid, giving you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while also coming into the office to collaborate, make your mark, and drive impact alongside a high-performing team. This is for someone who thrives on ownership, momentum, and measurable results.

- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and solutions.
- Attend occasional client meetings, trade shows, and team sessions (2-3x/year).
- Drive measurable results while representing our brand with confidence and professionalism.
- 2+ years of experience in packaging, CPG, or manufacturing, providing a strong understanding of similar industries and the ability to drive business development.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and results driven.
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
- Comfortable working independently while staying engaged with the team.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and solve problems.
- Willing to travel occasionally and participate in key in-person meetings.
