The Job at a GlanceAs our Manufacturer Collaboration Specialist (internally known as the Task Masters), you will help track down backordered items, confirm inventory levels for items needing expedited delivery, and provide an overall world‑class customer experience for internal teams and customers. You will also play a key role in developing innovative solutions to streamline information sharing between partners, team members, and customers.
A Typical Day- Maintain and grow strong and friendly relationships with vendors
- Resolve order inquiries from customers
- Manage and track SKUs
- Maintain Salesforce records of requests requiring follow‑up communication
- Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when discrepancies arise
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and verbal English
- Passion for operations and supply chain management
- Self‑starter who thrives in a team environment
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and Access
- Strong critical thinking skills and continuous improvement mindset
- Skill in identifying process improvements

Annual salary range: $45,989 – $62,065, based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
