As our Inventory Analyst , you will help us manage the receipt of all stocked SKUs by tracking down backordered items and expediting orders for our customer service team. You’ll strengthen our community by working closely with key vendors on a daily basis .

• Identify ing non-stocked and/or excess inventory
• Partnering with our manufacturers regarding inventory returns
• E nsuring deliveries are made accurately and on-time
• Review ing purchasing agreements to update supplier returns database
• Compar ing purchase order s with confirmations , cutting emergency purchase orders when needed
• Communicating effectively to r esolv e discrepancies in a timely matter
• Work with the Global Fulfillment Centers to transfer inventory from one building to another.
• Cross collaborate with internal partners regarding inventory availability and customer initiatives

• You demonstrate a passion for operations and supply chain management
• You’re a self-starter that thrives in a team environment
• You’re confident using MS Office ( bonus points if you ’re an Excel expert or have Qlik/SQL experience !)
• You demonstrate critical thinking skills and have a knack for identifying process improvements
• You r experience with Enterprise Resource Planning software ( such as SAP ) will earn you GOLD STARS!
• You’re an all-star communicator and fluent in English (both written and verbal)

The salary range for this role is $ 27.99 -$ 37.77 hourly which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
