We're looking for an engineering leader with 7+ years of experience in software engineering, including 3+ years in engineering leadership. In this dynamic role, you’ll lead our exceptional, senior engineering team and collaborate with business stakeholders to build customer‑facing solutions that transform the way food service operators run their businesses. You’ll be collaborating with our product team, including UX, QA, data, and infrastructure resources to develop and support best practices in release management, automated testing, Dev Ops, AI‑assisted development, product support, and more.

● You have 3+ years of engineering management and team leadership, including building teams, measuring and managing performance, and implementing processes to drive continuous improvement

● You have excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical audiences, including the ability to collaborate effectively around complex topics

● You have experience leading day‑to‑day engineering best practices in collaboration with product, UX, QA, infrastructure, and business stakeholders
