Manager, OEM Onboarding, Business Operations

Responsibilities

• Work with manufacturer partners to ensure all prep work is completed to successfully onboard a new program.
• Utilize various resource planning tools to staff new programs appropriately and ensure department efficiency going forward.
• Ensure all manufacturer dashboards, department year-to-date KPI’s, and team member scorecards are updated and distributed in a timely manner.
• Partner with Technical Service leadership to help oversee the planning and execution of team restructures to ensure appropriate staffing and the success of future innovation projects.
• Coordinate all virtual and in-house partnership meetings that are required leading up to the program go live date.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports while ensuring standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.

• You have experience building strong relationships with multiple business partners as well as internal/external customers
• You have experience managing projects and can proactively communicate status to key team members throughout the entirety of a project
• You pay close attention to detail (as far as you’re concerned, anything worth doing should be done the right way!)
• You have fantastic communication skills & you’re proficient in English (verbal and written)
• You have a quality, high-speed internet connection at home.
