Reconstruction Project Manager
Starting At: $75,000/year
* We are looking for a reconstruction project manager to join our reconstruction services team who follows our core values of honesty, transparency, and doing the right thing.
Pay increases with experience.
- Inspecting Fire & Water damaged properties
- Determining Reconstruction Scope of Work
- Preparing a detailed Xactimate estimate for reconstruction to be performed
- Creating and maintaining job budgets
- Managing all phases of the construction project.
- Annotating job file
- Coordinating with reconstruction department on project completion.
- Xactimate experience 5 years preferred
- Previous industry experience in a Foreman or PM role required
- Billingual (preferred)
- Incentive based bonuses available
