Project Manager - Heavy Civil/ Electrical Addison, IL

Full-Time | $160,000 - $180,000

40-year-old multi-division heavy civil contractor serving the Chicagoland area, southern Wisconsin, and northeast Indiana. We self-perform underground utilities, site development, heavy highway, and civil electrical work for national builders, municipalities, IDOT, and the Illinois Tollway Authority. Strong backlog, loyal client base, and a fleet of 100+ pieces of equipment to back you up. We need an experienced Project Manager with a heavy civil and civil electrical background to own projects from kickoff to closeout.

What You Will Do:

• Lead heavy civil and electrical infrastructure projects end-to-end
• Manage crews, subcontractors, schedules, and budgets across active job sites
• Serve as the primary client contact for municipalities, agencies, and private developers
• Ensure work is executed to plans, permits, and contract requirements
• Maintain safety and quality standards in the field

What We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of heavy civil construction PM experience
• Civil electrical background -- duct bank, site electrical, conduit, or utility-scale work
• Experience on public agency projects (IDOT, municipal, tollway) a strong plus
• Solid budget and schedule management skills
• OSHA 30 preferred
