Roofing Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional who can successfully lead projects from start to finish while delivering exceptional customer service, quality workmanship, and timely project completion.

• Manage residential and commercial roofing, as well as interior and exterior construction projects, from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and required inspections.
• Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Conduct jobsite inspections and monitor workmanship, materials, and overall project quality throughout each phase.
• Communicate effectively with commercial building owners, homeowners, insurance adjusters, vendors, subcontractors, and internal office staff.
• Prepare detailed project scopes, estimates, change orders, work documentation, and related project records.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, material requirements, and orders to maintain cost and schedule control.
• Ensure all work complies with OSHA safety requirements, applicable local building codes, and company quality standards.
• Identify and resolve jobsite challenges efficiently while maintaining professionalism, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Minimum of 3 years of roofing project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and interior/exterior construction practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, crews, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to build positive relationships with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and team members.
