Customer Service Advisor

As a Service Advisor, you are the face of the location, greeting guests and ensuring they leave confident and cared for.

• Welcome guests and deliver an exceptional service experience from start to finish.
• Listen to guests' needs and accurately capture the services their vehicle requires.
• Explain options clearly and offer tailored recommendations, no pressure, just honest advice.
• Keep guests updated throughout the service so there are zero surprises.
• Share manufacturer recommendations and product knowledge to help guests make informed decisions.
• Perform Jiffy Lube's Signature Service oil change and other preventive maintenance services.

• At least 1 year of customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail, automotive, or any service environment where people skills came first.
• Prior automotive experience is a plus but not required. Training will be provided through Jiffy Lube University.
