As we continue to expand our presence internationally, we are seeking to grow our team at our new headquarters in Addison, IL.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the success of our customer interactions.

• Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email and provide excellent customer service
• Manage quotations, order entries, and returns to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Work closely with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
• SAP or Salesforce experience is preferred
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Strong prioritization skills
