Job Overview

Responsibilities- Build and foster relationships with customers, proactively engaging through outreach and follow‑up.
- Assess customer banking needs, process account information, and educate clients on deposit and loan products.
- Recommend solutions based on each customer’s goals and needs.
- Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products, including digital services.
- Handle account openings, service requests, and credit applications.
- Educate clients on emerging digital and self‑service products.
- Collaborate with branch teams to deliver optimal client experience, ensuring operational excellence and accuracy.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Typically a minimum 4‑5 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
- Bilingual ability in Spanish and English at business level (required).
- Proven ability to build relationships through proactive outreach.
- Strong communication skills with clients.
- Comprehensive knowledge of bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems.
- In-depth knowledge of retail products and services.
- Customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales campaigns and promotions.
- Experience with digital products and self‑service technology.
- Ability to identify and explore customer needs with a digital‑first mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in making recommendations that meet customer needs.
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred.
- Must have National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.
- Subject to criminal background, credit checks, and registration maintenance requirements.
- Must work from a U.S. Bank location for all scheduled workdays.

Pay Range: $27.22 - $33.26 per hour. The actual range may differ based on location.
