Serve as liaison between Mauser Packaging Solutions and customers, handling orders from entry through shipment;
Establish relationships with customers and resolve issues; communicate order confirmations and changes;
Review plant delivery schedules vs. requested dates and resolve conflicts; track shipments;
Coordinate with Planners, Sales Representatives, Pricing team and Plant Management as needed;
Process credits, return authorizations, pallet returns, and related paperwork
