Aegis is currently partnering with a growing manufacturing firm in the western suburbs looking to identify a Electrical Design Engineer to join their team!
Responsibilities- Collaborate with mechanical engineers on electrical-mechanical integration, preparing BOMs and submittal drawings
- Provide hands‑on factory floor support during assembly and testing.
- Comfortable troubleshooting issues on the floor during production
- 2+ years of experience designing low voltage electrical distribution equipment
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D, or another CAD software (Creo, EPLAN, etc)
- Strong understanding of single-line diagrams, schematics, and wiring design for LV systems (600V and under)
