LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization, and they are seeking a motivated Customer Support Engineer – Manufacturing Industry to join their team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy troubleshooting complex equipment, solving real-world technical challenges, and serving as a trusted resource for customers and internal stakeholders. If you have an Engineering Degree, a strong mechanical aptitude, and an interest in HVAC, refrigeration systems, fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, or industrial equipment, this role offers the opportunity to build valuable technical expertise while making a direct impact on customer success.
Key Responsibilities:- You will serve as a key technical resource supporting sophisticated industrial systems throughout their lifecycle.
- Investigating and resolving technical equipment issues through remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Analyzing mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and fluid-system performance concerns.
- Responding to customer technical inquiries via phone, email, and remote support tools.
- Coordinating service activities with field technicians and third-party service providers.
- Supporting equipment commissioning, maintenance, and repair efforts.
- Managing critical customer situations and escalating issues when appropriate.
- Documenting findings, corrective actions, and service recommendations.
- Collaborating with engineering and operations teams to improve product performance and reliability.
- Assisting with customer training and technical education initiatives.
- Helping ensure maximum equipment uptime and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- 2+ years of engineering, technical support, service engineering, manufacturing, HVAC, or related experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Strong computer proficiency and comfort working across business systems and applications.
- Exposure to HVAC systems, refrigeration, thermodynamics, heat transfer, or fluid systems.
- Experience troubleshooting electromechanical equipment.
- Familiarity with industrial, manufacturing, process cooling, or mechanical systems.
- Experience interacting directly with customers or field service organizations.
Compensation Range: $70,000 - $90,000 + 10% Bonus
