Pricing & Promotions Analyst

As a Pricing & Promotions Analyst at CPGIO, you will manage thousands of SKUs across multiple systems and large, complex data sets. This role is both analytical and strategic, ensuring product pricing accuracy, effective trade funding management, and optimized promotional performance across vendor accounts.

You will play a key role in maintaining catalog integrity, supporting financial accuracy, and driving profitability in a fast-paced and growing eCommerce environment.

• Own cost of goods (COGS) management and ensure pricing accuracy across a large product catalog
• Work extensively with product data, vendor catalogs, and promotional strategies
• Manage and maintain the pricing and promotions calendar across multiple accounts
• Analyze promotional performance and evaluate return on investment (ROI)
• Support buyers and account managers with data, insights, and pricing analysis
• Understand pricing models and assess how cost changes impact margin and profitability
• Prepare and present reports, pricing analyses, and business insights to internal stakeholders
• Develop customized reporting to support customer billing, including category, SKU, and volume-based cost discounts that are tracked and reconciled monthly
• Communicate with vendors and support future cost negotiations as experience develops
• Continuously learn and build expertise in the consumer goods and eCommerce industry

3–5 years of experience in pricing, finance, or analytics

Experience working with large datasets and multiple systems

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
