Job Summary
Golden Touch Home Care Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Supervisor to join our team in Addison, Illinois. This is a full‑time, hourly position in the senior home‑care (non‑medical) industry and is a management role. The Home Care Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of home‑care services provided by our agency. This includes managing a team of caregivers, ensuring quality care is delivered to clients, and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in home‑care management and a passion for providing exceptional care to individuals in need.
- Starting hourly pay rate of $21.00–$22.00 depending on experience, paid semimonthly
- Full‑time position with a benefits package including health insurance, vision insurance, paid time off

- Manage a team of caregivers, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure all home‑care services are delivered in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Conduct home visits and assessments to develop and maintain care plans for clients
- Communicate with clients and their families to address any concerns or issues
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community resources to coordinate care for clients
- Review and update policies and procedures to ensure quality care and compliance
- Monitor and maintain accurate documentation of client care and caregiver records
- Handle any staffing or client emergencies that may arise
- Continuously evaluate and improve home‑care services to meet the changing needs of clients
- Hold a current supervisor certification from the Illinois Department of Aging (IDoA)
- High school graduate or GED certificate
- Minimum of 2 years experience in home‑care management
- Knowledge of state regulations regarding home‑care services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and caregivers
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems (TPP)
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
