Patient Service Rep - Primary Care

Perform pre-registrations and registrations for in-patient, out-patient, emergency room, immediate care and same-day surgery patients;
Collect and verify demographic, insurance/financial and clinical data from multiple sources;
Screen for third-party eligibility and enter medical necessity coding to ensure accurate payment;
Interact with patients and families to explain revenue cycle expectations and payment options;
Handle cash collection and charge capture in accordance with policies
