The Role
We're looking for a Bilingual (Spanish-required) Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver on-site and telehealth primary care at our Addison, IL location.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $115,000-$120,000, commensurate with experience.
- NHSC Loan Repayment Eligible:
As an FQHC in a Health Professional Shortage Area, this role qualifies for up to $50,000 in tax-advantaged loan repayment through the National Health Service Corps, a significant benefit for clinicians carrying education debt. - Sign-on bonus: $750
- Retention bonus: $750 after the following years: 1st, 2nd, 3rd years.
- CME allowance: $1500 for full-time and prorated for part-time, and 5 paid CME days annually for full-time employees and prorated for part-time
- Retirement savings match: 2% company match after the 1st year of employment
- Malpractice/tail coverage:
As an HRSA-deemed health center, our clinicians are considered Public Health Service employees for malpractice purposes and receive FTCA medical malpractice protection. - Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Total of 31 days off annually for full-time employees:
Paid time off, paid sick time, paid personal time off, and paid holidays (prorated for part-time employees).
Schedule
- Full-time employees work 40h a week and can choose a schedule of 8h/5 days or 10h/4 days. Clinics are open M-F and every other Saturday (1/2 day).
- No after-hours on-call, as Hamdard has a triage service for after-call hour.
- Volume expectations: 2.5 pts an hour, a 30-minute paid lunch, and 45 minutes of administrative time for an 8h clinic.
Requirements
- Active Illinois NP license.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience.
- Bilingual, Spanish required.
- Current Illinois Registration and Advanced Practice Licensure.
