Addison Group is working with a growing industrial organization looking to add a Recruiter to support increased hiring demands. This is a contract opportunity with strong potential for extension or long‑term conversion based on performance. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast‑moving environment.

The Recruiter will oversee full‑cycle recruiting for a variety of specialized and hard‑to‑fill positions. This role is highly focused on sourcing, pipeline development, and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring leaders. The right person will be comfortable in a fast‑paced setting, managing multiple openings while driving talent strategy forward.

• Handle full‑cycle recruiting for 15–25 active openings
• Source and attract candidates for technical, sales, engineering, and niche roles
• Conduct candidate screenings and evaluate qualifications
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for specialized positions
• Partner with hiring managers to align on recruiting strategies and hiring needs
• Utilize ATS platforms, Linked In, and job boards to manage candidate flow
• Perform consistent outbound outreach including calls, networking, and follow‑ups
• Monitor recruiting metrics and maintain strong pipeline activity

• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for specialized, technical, or hard‑to‑fill positions
• Agency recruiting experience highly preferred
• Strong sourcing and cold‑calling capabilities
• Familiarity with ATS systems and Microsoft Office
• High school diploma required
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
